Return and Refund Requests:

To initiate a return, please contact us via Email or Whatsapp.

with the following details:

• Order number
• The item you wish to return or refund
• Your reason for the return or refund

 

Once your request is submitted, ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor.
• Upon receiving your return, we will conduct a thorough quality check.
• Blancave reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the item does not pass the quality check.

 

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card voucher which will be valid for 1 month.
• For returns within India, we will refund the full amount paid as a gift card voucher.
• Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a gift card voucher.

 

International Orders:

• Refund: We cannot refund shipping charges, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.
