Order Processing:
- We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, subject to product availability and payment verification. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase, as modifications or cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.
- An confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is successfully placed.
- In rare cases, items may become unavailable after your order is placed. Should this occur, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
- Our fulfillment team reviews all orders and retains the right to cancel any order if necessary.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please note that shipping may be delayed during high-demand periods such as special releases, festivals and markdown events.

Domestic Shipping (Within India):
Blancave offers free standard shipping on all orders within India.
International Shipping:
Blancave proudly ships worldwide. Product prices include taxes but exclude customs duties. Any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.
All international orders are shipped via Bluedart, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include the 24-hour order processing period. For additional costs such as import duties and local taxes, please consult your local customs office.

Lost Packages:
Once delivery is confirmed and a tracking number is provided, Blancave is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.
